xigmatek LOKI SD963 no Good?

So i have seen many people with CPU Air Coolers getting low temperatures even with massive overclocking + high Voltages.

I have xigmatek LOKI SD963 ( 2Fans:  push and pull ) on Q9400 Running @ 3.6Ghz on 1.312V Voltages. My temps in Gaming went up to 75C-80C.

Fan speed are maxed i have set it to performance (full speed).

Do you guys think with this cooler i can get more low temps or thats the max it can cooldown my CPU @ 1.312V.

Thanks.

PS: IDLE temps are 55C-60C

With better fans at full tilt you might get a few degrees less, but it sounds like that cooler is at its max

Alot can also depend on your ambient air temps and with your country being Pakistan from what your logo says, it could be normal since I know it is extremely hot in that part of the world.
