Windows 10 anniversary update latency

Since my system upgraded to the current update, I've noticed that sometimes, at the login screen, it takes a while for it to come up compared to near instant pre update.  Has anybody else notice log in latency?  In addition, my system froze up because of said latency after sleeping all day.  I had to turn it off complete and reboot and now, it's like the shutdown cleared some kind of cache.  Had to relog into battle.net and my logitech gaming software for my g510s, my default profile got wiped.

The update just came out, Which means bugs. Backup your hardrives and hold your butts cause microsoft never does anything right the first time

Do you use an A/V, if so, which one?
