Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter DHCP issue

Hello guys. I've got an issue with my "home server" I've installed DHCP on it and I'm getting this. Instead of the server's name its showing up with that IP ADDRESS and no PCs and VMs are getting the IP address. I've tried to remove the role and install it, But its the same issue. :(

What software are you using for the VMs?

Oh, fail using vmware workstation. I've setup the interface as bridged and linked to one of the ethernet ports. And I'm using this Ethernet Card:

Ok, it's just that I have had VMs that wouldn't be seen as part of the LAN before, but I can see that you have set it up properly. Why do you need DHCP?

My lab. Creating a NAT on the server. It has one public IP address which is connected to the internet router, and then a secondary Ethernet port is used as the "private" network
