I need help....

Go to solution Solved by aries757,

ok so i want to use an key mod, and an Led push to start button which i can easily get here https://www.arrow.com/en/products/ckl13efw01/nkk-switches?gclid=CjwKEAjwrcC9BRC2v5rjyvSbhWASJACKkjDzNiARoMwfgEi0VpZAaCbxMYytcFRYeUJ2S_DoTXLWZBoCn6Dw_wcB and for button u can get here  http://www.frozencpu.com/products/8699/ele-375/Red_Illuminated_Vandal_Resistant_Latching_Switch_-_22mm_-_Black_Housing_-_Ring_Illumination.html?tl=g44c153 i want it to have to have the key turned to be able to use the button, (turn key left, or right, allowing power or etc. to button.) also it is going to be a custom desk pc, how can i turn on an pc without case, meaning how can i turn it on from the motherboard, as i wont be getting a case, but i want to get my build workin while i savin for case/desk

On your motherboard there will be a couple of pins where you plug in the power switch. If you plug those two things in series and connect one end to one pin, and the other to the other pin, it should work in theory. I'm not sure how much resistance it will take before it stops working though.

I edit my posts a lot.

Well since it's so custom making your own may be best but as mentioned wiring them in series to the power on pins of the motherboard will let you achieve that kind of setup.
