You can also look on a the Intel site for your CPU, and look at the Instruction Set row.

The key doesn't matter, you can use it on both the 32 bit and 64 bit installers.  So download the 64 bit installer from Microsoft.

All modern desktop CPUs are 64bit. Have been for past 10 years. Only if you have 2gb or under RAM is it reasonable to go for 32bit.

I'm personally surprised they even bother with a 32-bit version of Windows 10.  64-bit CPU's have been pretty much the standard in machines built in the past decade, and 4gb of RAM is incredibly limiting nowadays.

Standard for desktop, yes. But Microsoft has their aim on low power machines also. Like PC Sticks, low-end laptops, small media PCs etc. Anything with 2gb or less RAM is better with 32bit windows.

First part was correct. When you plug USB into PC and boot it, it should automaticly show screen saying "Press any key to boot from CD/DVD/USB...". If it doesn't, then you need to set USB as 1st in boot order. And then boot again. I would assume that all newer mobos already have USB as first device.

That doesn't help :) I have built 2 DC systems and can't remember if I had to change order or not. You'll have to test it or check BIOS just in case.

But how do you change order lol? im new to this.

If its graphical interface, you drag icons into right order. Top is 1st. If its older drop-down menu style, you select order from each drop-down. Its pretty simple. Menus will says "1st boot device", "2nd boot device" and so on.
