I just wanted to cleanup my PC and saw this:

I just have a 320Gb HDD, I don't really understand.

I don't think this is a big problem but I'd like to know what might cause this.

it's French, not Spanish!

 

And even though Windows keeps updates and old builds, it's hard to keep 4TB on a 320GB HDD.

You probably created symbolic links folders, so data is counted multiple times.
