is everything compatible i am trying to check

pcpp checks compatibility. Get a better PSU, the one you chose is kinda sub-par. Get anything from XFX (except XT), anything from Seasonic, Super Flower, Antec's HCG and HCP lines and anything from EVGA's BQ and B2 lines.

16 GB because games, the OS and any background programs use 8GB or more and it would probably suck to get kicked out of a game if you run out of RAM. My dad only has 8 GB and when we game his some times gets the Windows 10 Blue Screen and gets the game closed. I never have that issue because I have 64 GB but Its really annoying if you get kicked out.

also is there any way to mark stuff as purchased already is pc part picker?

Yes there is. When editing the parts list just scroll down to the part you want to mark as purchased and click the settings gear next to that part and then you can mark parts as purchased.
