Logitech G910 - Modding Idea

Hi!

 

So I recently got a Logitech G910 Orion Spark - and noticed that the media keys / area indicating num lock status and such is lighted blue by default.

While this didn't annoy me in the beginning - seeing as I used a purple theme - it is annoying when changing the lighting theme to red.

(Building a new PC with a red / white / black theme, so got a RGB keyboard to match it.)

 

I found out today that the actual LED's underneath the keys are white, while the keys themselves have translucent blue plastic which the LED shines through.

 

Now, my question is, can these keys be modded somehow?

I'm looking for ideas, suggestions or even somebody who can make me a set of transparent / translucent red keys.

I did ask in a local forum (South Africa) but so far, no luck.

 

(I could get a Corsair K70, but only as a last resort.)

if you have some red translucent plastic on hand, see what that gives in combination with the blue of the key.

G910 is just too good to throw away because of a bad color tell me you aren't serious
