AMD Stock Cooler Replacement

So I've heard that the stock cooler on the AMD Athlon X4 860K has a bad problem with overheating when operating for long periods of time. Are there any good CPU coolers that can cool this CPU and  keep it cool when overclocked?

212 EVO is a good start, even though it's overused and slightly over rated.
