Random discussion ?, Are there Online jobs that let people have a second source of income (were there home PC does the work,  while they at their job)? Online jobs that are honest & help others. Jobs that aren't  AD spamming or turn a PC into a bot.

Wait, so you want to know a job that can make your PC do the work.. But it can't be a bot? Weird.. Anyways, there are no jobs that are doing nothing and if there were, people would have already taken them.

I'm just gonna say something I said yesterday in a similar thread, many jobs online are commission based rather than time based. What I mean is you don't get paid per hour of work, you get paid by the work you make. What I mean is you can get paid by people for making for example a website, or a drawing, etc.

Are you thinking about cryptocurrencies like BitCoin? BitCoin mining is one use for your PC while you're at work, but the ROI isn't great and hacks of (and subsequent loss of currencies from) BitCoin exchanges have shown that their security is less than stellar (even worse when you factor in that they're effectively charging their customers for the hack as well...

There was some guys looking for people to use their website in my area. Claimed that while your at work all you need to do is livestream your feet for some foot fetish site while you work at your cubicle or office.

Majority of "online jobs" are a sham.  I've searched far and wide for a way to make a little bit of extra money online.  I've even tried some sites that say they'll give you money for taking surveys, installing apps, reviews, website testing, etc. None of them were a reliable source of income. The most I received was a $5 Amazon gift card after filling out over a thousand surveys (which they won't let you get away with automating). Really these sites are just fishing for people's personal info.

You never know though, you may find something if you look hard enough.

Short answer: No.

Just... no.

If you want to get a second income, you have to give something in exchange, be that effort, or skills, or a specific finished product, etc.

I would develop skills in a specific area, such as:

Web Design (That's CSS, HTML, Javascript - maybe some PHP or .NET, etc)

Programming (C++, C#, Java, etc) - either Desktop or Mobile apps

Graphic Design

Video/Image editing

Content creation (filming your own videos, or doing online series, etc)

and so on

The first 3 are definitely the more realistic ways to actually make money. Start off by creating a portfolio of your own demo work - make some random apps or websites, etc, just to show off. Then when you actually take a job, undercut everyone like fucking crazy for the first several jobs. You won't make shit, and you might even lose money if you have to invest in any software or equipment, but you'll build up a good portfolio and experience. Once you've got a couple solid jobs done under your belt, you can start to charge reasonable amounts.

Either that, or just get a second part time job, like normal people :P
