Need help with choosing a CPU

So Recently, I've been deciding On whether I should get a new CPU or not, I've decided that I probably should.

I come from Australia and Of course, Stock is most likely different considering I'm overseas from Canada,US etc.

My Motherboard is a Asus N61Jq (I have the Notebook/Laptop Asus with the N61Jq being the model I believe) (I'm bad at some computer stuff.)

I really need some help with choosing a CPU since I usually get around 10-30fps on my Favorite game.

Ryzen 5 3600

RX 590 8GB

WD Blue 1TB

(full specs on profile)

Can you say what your favorite game is? You'll likely not need a new CPU, but a new GPU (graphics card). I'll then say what CPU or GPU you will need, and if you need to keep it to get more. The bad thing is installing new stuff on a laptop or a portable PC (netbooks, laptops, etc.) is pretty hard and sometimes not possible, and it looks quite thin, so i think you will need a new more expensive laptop (seriously that netbook is nothing for gaming)

Fairly certain 99.999% of notebook CPUs are not upgradeable, including yours.

Edit: Looking at what the N61Jq runs, you'd probably be better off just buying a new i3/i5 laptop even if you could. That chipset is ancient and iGPUs have made massive strides since first gen core series was released.

And that it's the GPU, since it has a i7, which is much more. Also bottleneck. (crappy ATI card vs high end CPU... bottleneck confirmed)

Would not call a first gen i7 a high end CPU these days, but yes, a 5730 is also fairly meh.

Thanks for all the help you guys, I'm probably just better off buying another computer, I was thinking of this one. Opinions please? http://evatech.com.au/pcsummary.php?sysid=85341

You'll probably won't need such a overpowered computer but i guess with that you're gonna run a lot of new games for like 4 years.
