After installing windows 10. Pc doesn't launch

Hello, so my friend reinstalled windows on his PC. (He did everything like i do when i reinstall windows). But now when he launches his laptop laptop stucks on windows loading screen.

He is stuck on this screen. I don't think that you can boot in safe mode before this screen.

Try holding shift when turning it on.

 

 

Try reinstalling again

Its asus notebook. Idk what model it is. When he's back i'll ask him to check it out.

It's suppose to be compatible but I see that many people have had a bad time upgrading it, it seems at the bear minimum it will have audio gain issues/startup lag as a result of upgrading if issues occur and your issues are about the worst case

 

Did you try clean install or standard upgrade? Keep in mind clean will wipe asus drivers

We did clean install I think iso file was broke. We will try another one tho.

Do that, and hopefully it works, though as I said you'll need additional drivers for it to function properly if the install takes this time.
