Save that budget for a bit and you can pick up a 250GB Samsung 850 EVO. They are $90 US on newegg. I have one and am very happy with it.

Would be horrible if the cheapest one wasnt the slowest one but in all honesty for a boot SSD the speed isnt as important as the randoms. (The "seek times" on spinning rust)

XLR8 is PNY gaming series product (higher end product line) 

 

never try their SSD tho, I had only used their GPUs before. Have you try searching about their XLR8 SSD review?
