Pls link to pcpartpicker if you can, and have you tried cleaning it with compressed air? it might just be dust.

Or it might be the game, cause the game would probably update, but i will

research the GTX 950 For ya.

My PC Currently Is The P2-1320a.

If it's not one of the aforementioned problems, it could be your PSU. If it's a crappy one, its lifespan can be pretty short.

well Linus disproved performance degradation from age/use/abuse could be different settings in the game, game update issues, or other issues with the system

i have cleaned it out with compressed air and its not the heat i have changed the setting in msi after burner to make sure it wasnt heat but usualy i will not go over 40degrees

Yo if it doesnt go above 40c, that's not good. that might mean that you have a bigger problem, check in afterburner when in game, the GPU usage in MSI afterburner. Tell me that number and what temperature it is running at

Why?

Most graphics cards when under load (such as gaming), will easily jump up past 40c. As long as it's not constantly at 90c+ you should be fine. Make sure you aren't throttling your own card by trying to ensure it doesn't go above 40c somehow. (If that's even possible)

it means that it might not be fully utilized and then the driver might be buggy or the gpu broken :)
