Cheap ~250GB SSDs

Which of the following SSDs is best bang for the buck? Most people in Hong Kong recommend the SP550, but i heard that the cahce is 6GB and if you write files larger than 6GB, speeds will slow down to 40MB/S, which is quite unacceptable. (Some of the models may not exist in US/Canada/UK coz these are sourced from a Hong Kong retailer, where I live:P:P:P)

The SP550. Yeah there's an SLC cache, but you're unlikely to run into issues with it. Long sequential write speeds will be lower, but that's not really a common, performance-critical workload on consumer systems.
