So i am planning on bying a msi gtx 1060 and my specs are

Intel core i5 4430 3.00GHz

8 GB RAM (corsair)

Corsair VS450 (psu)

and an Asus H87M-E motherboard

so few minutes ago i went to msi's web page to look at its power consumption and they recommend a 400 watt psu...

Will i have any promblems with my current psu's power or with my motherboards slots or anything?

Thanks for your time

It'll power it but the Corsair VS series are rubbish in terms of quality. You'd be better off upgrading to a higher quality one either way.

Also look at this list:

EVGA PSUs are practically unavailable in Greece, this is the only reasonable offering from EVGA I could find http://www.e-shop.gr/psu-evga-500b-bronze-500w-p-PER.641361

You can also get Antec Seasonic, CM, Be quiet and Corsair,   But I have no recommendations as to a particular one.

I woul;d certainly try to go with something like a 600W though.

Damn this is a tough choise isn't it? :P

Not really get the EVGA Supernova and be done with it, you can't add a second 1060 anyway and it can handle whatever reasonable upgrade you throw at it. If you ever decide to get something extreme, like X99 SLI 1080 extreme, you will probably spend the money on a new PSU anyway so just get that.

The Corsair CX series is said to be terrible due to subpar capacitors, so don't even consider it if there are other better options around.
