UV400 vs 850 EVO

I'm about to buy a 240GB SSD. Will I notice a big difference between Samsung 850 EVO and Kingston UV400 ? The difference in price is 30€ here. Thanks

Google benchmarks and compare the write / read speeds of each SSD. If you want the short answer, you likely won't notice a big difference, so go for the cheaper one.

The 850 Evo is faster, but as is common with SSDs these days, you won't really notice a big difference in actual use. Even most of the slow SSDs aren't really that slow (with a few exceptions, like the Kingston V300).

 

The UV400 competes with the other decent budget TLC drives out there, like the OCZ Trion 150.

maybe go with the 850 evo because I beleive it comes with some software that optimises it for your pc
