Decent budget build. I'm not that great a fan of corsair CX PSUs but their modular ones are a bit better (I think) and you are on a tight budget so it will do for a while, but you could also look at the EVGA 500W B2. My only suggestion is that when you have the money, add an SSD even if it's only a 120GB for a faster boot.

The problem is this, build is for the exact money that i have and the EVGA PSU's are not available in my contry

Better the CX-M series then the VS series

I'd add an SSD but, no more money left..

The power supply is fine, it's up there with the likes of the Seasonic S12II & M12II. I would get a DDR4 compatible mobo with DDR4 RAM if I was you.

No EVGA? Interesting, dont know why they wouldn't sell them. Just add an SSD when you can, you'll have to survive with a mechanical drive for now.

Try going with an i5 at least. The extra performance that they provide can last for another 2-3 years. and maybe a higher wattage PSU can give you more headroom when it comes to upgrades in the future, maybe something like a 500-600 Watts

Add nmore stuff

Judging by the pricing of the RX 480(400$) / RX 470(320-350$ish) in my country

The RX 460 would be 250$ish, and that doesn't enter into my budget

Surely not. DDR4 costs the same, doesn't it?

Won't the R9 380 prices drop with it? At least they should.

Funny, since this store sells DDR4 cheaper than DDR3.

Pretty solid build for 1080p medium/high settings,i would recommend to save some more money if you can and add a SSD later down the road
