Cheap Quiet Cooler?

I'm looking into possibly getting an aftermarket cooler for my new FX-8350 (AM3+ Socket) as I have heard that the stock one can be loud at times. I'm going to be living with roommates so I want my build to stay as quiet as possible so as not to disturb anyone. Does anyone have any suggestions for a quiet aftermarket cooler somewhere in the ~$50 range keeping in mind that I don't care to much about overclocking.

Cooler master hyper evo 212 or Cooler Master  Hyper t4. Both are great.

you can also grab some aftermarket fans that are made for silence, i recommend the nf-p12.

212 Evo. There's a good chance the fan will get loud in a month or two so just replace it with a Noctua PWM fan or a Corsair ML fan.

Arctic Freezer 13 is also very nice and cheap! And a lot easier to mount than something like the 212 EVO.
