I recently bought a panel sized acrylic panel and attached to the case (CM storm trooper) using magnets and some clips, It looks better than window (to me, at least).

As mentioned making your own window would be your best option acrylic is a good option for replacing that current side panel.

Well manually making seems a little too difficult as well as expensive than the whole case itself
