Not really any such thing. Fanless coolers have to be big to dissipate heat effectively. A compact fanless cooler would not be able to keep up. Your best bet might be a fanless case, but those are pricey. 

 

If silence is what you're after, Noctua and beQuiet make great coolers with some of the quietest fans in existence, and you can always buy a cheaper cooler and strap a Noctua or beQuiet fan onto it. 

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

I have a fanless pc in a raijintek metis... I want to see if i can take it to the next level and put it in a Dan a4-sfx

with that type of case you wouldn't be able to get away with a passive cpu cooler. as there is zero airflow in the case.. a passive cooler still needs air passing through it. weather its from the case fans or just the air in the room. since you have neither your going to need a regular low profile cool with a fan.

fanless and low profile i think you are out of luck the only fanless coolers i know of are huge heavy beasts that need a whole lot of breathing room like the:

SilverStone Heligon HE02

Prolimatech Megahalems

THERMALRIGHT Le Grand Macho

maybe the new kinetic coolers would suit you more but im not sure if they have been released yet.

 

but if you find one id be very interested just to see what it looks like :P
