Do they sell custom cards on the exact same date as release date? I thought custom cards were made afterwards. I think you can see it here I'm also trying to buy rx 470  http://www.nowinstock.net/computers/videocards/amd/rx470/

They will not be selling anywhere close to the msrp value for a few months just because people are buying them like crazy, and manufacturers cannot produce enough cards to meet the demand.
