Pretty sure it was google sketchup, and Taran did most of the modelling.

IIRC it was Sketchup.

It was done by a fan. Not sure if that person was part of lmg or has worked with linus at retail before.

Err, they hired an Architect, that happened to be a fan of the show.

 

I'm, sure Taran was involved, to be sure, but he sure as heck didn't design the office. Taran may have made some preliminary design/layout ideas, and perhaps some visualizations along the way, but it was all done using the designs and plans by the Architect.

Neither. The guy lives in the US. They had him guest on the WAN show once I believe. He was a fan who contacted and offered his services to LMG, AFAIR, and he had zero prior contact with them.

Yes i remember him on the wan show. And he showed a few of his designs.
