Question in regards to audio interface

So I plan on buying the Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 2nd Gen audio interface

but I just cant seem to find the answers I want or I'm just too dumb to

find them so I thought you guys might be able to help me out again.

So I guess let's just start.

1.: Can I use the audio interface for my headset instead of a AMP/DAC?

The Scarlet has a slot for headphones in the front and from what I've read

so far most people tend to say it isnt necessary to get an amp/dac when

you already have an audio interface. I plan on getting the AKG K712 Pro

in case this information is needed. Also: the AMP/DAC I wanted to get

was the FiiO e10k Olympus 2.

2.: Can I plug in my Logitech Z906 in the audio interface for better sound?

From what I've read it should be possible to plug in the system into an

audio interface but my question is more like: does it make sense? Is there

a difference? In case the audio interface can work as a DAC it should make

the sound overall better right?

So overall you could make a TL;DR question that says:
"Can I use my audio interface as AMP/DAC for my headphones and speakers?"

1. Yes you should be able to plug your headphones to the headphone port of the interface to listen to music playing on your computer.  The computer will send the audio signal to the interface instead of the sound card.

2. Dunno, depends on the connection type I guess.

Would I still need a extern AMP/DAC if I were to plug in my headphones into the audio interface

or would the audio interface be sufficient?

No you normally wouldn't need an AMP/DAC.  However it may be, in a rare case, that you need a headphone amplifier.  However I recommend you listen to the quality and loudness of the sound with just the interface before you invest in the headphone amplifier.  Most likely you wont need one.
