Hi,

 

I am in need of a microphone for mainly battlefield 4 and possibly a little bit of voice overs. I have some ad700x headphones on the way. And I have a budget of around £20-50 but would prefer a little cheaper.

I went from a cheap headset used purely as a microphone to one of the $8 zalman clip-on mics and people said I sounded much more clear. That is definitely a great deal if you ask me. My original headset is kind of old though and was only like $25 at the time

For voice overs..get a snowball mic

ModMics are only sold by AntLion, and they do ship internationally, but they're currently out of stock.

 

If you're doing voice recording semi-seriously you should probably get a "desktop" mic like that snowball. If you're just making gaming videos, the Zalman @WorldDominator recommended is probably good enough, or at least'd hold you over till you want to upgrade.
