Is skylake bending a thing?

I was wondering as i was thinking a dark rock pro 3 for my cooler with my skylake upgrades but ive heard heavy coolers can bend the cpu?

Is this correct or is there nothing to worry about?

Nothing to worry about, I've used 4 different Skylake CPU's already, not a single issue. 
That bend crap was only happening with people over-tightening their crap from what I've seen so far.
