CIV,  BF4, GTA V too. You can't really get 100% CPU usage on any game if you have high end CPU. Games aren't designed to take that kind of advantage of CPU.

And why do you need to find game like that?

Well Guild Wars 2 and WoW are games that are bound on CPU more than GPU.

But both games lack optimisation.

 

GW2 will never use more than 4 threads, so if you have i7, game won't ever use more than 50% CPU power.

 

But if you are using i5 CPU, it can use most of it.

First off your from new zealand? that is sick i've always wanted to live there anyways your question a cpu intensive game would be minecraft but jacked up with shaders and in a big world. Also GTA V, Rust and Battlefield 4 are all also hard on the CPU

NZ is a great place aside from the high suicide rate, the high binge drinkers rate that kills young teens my age yeah its a nice place to visit and live 

especially if you compare it to places like were Isis has been
