Difference between Asus H110M-A and Gigabyte H110M-A?

Im building a budget office PC and someone recommended me the Gigabyte H110M-A motherboard to house the i3 6100 CPU. Sadly this motherboard doesn't get shipped to europe, i did some searching and found the Asus H110M-A.

Is there any difference between the two motherboards?

It looks like the asus one has one extra sata port. I would just go for the cheaper one, and save money.

EDIT: nope pcpartpicker just has an awful quality picture these boards are pretty much identical.

Nevermind.  The Gigabyte has a front panel USB 3.0 header.

Different features and UEFI's, doesn't really matter much, I'd just look at how many usb ports are available vs how many you need.
