Yeah, seems like it. Costs 10€ more on local shop. Which is practically covered by shipping.

Within belgium alternate is usually the cheapest in terms of shipping, its shipped using a reliable service and beyond excellent packaging, and they have a great in-house warranty policy.

I got my upgrade parts from Austrian version. Shipping is general €25-30 to here. My mistake was paying with bank transfer and fees made whole things same price as it would have been from here.

Seems like it isn't available for some reason. NCIXUS site said back order is possible so it might be just countrywide sold out or there's some issues with logistics. One way to know for sure is to message be Quiet!s support and ask if it will be available in US at some point. Worse case is that there's some patent etc. issue which prevents seeling in that region. Like with Cryorig H7 in Europe.
