Upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Pro.  I have two local user accounts, one is administrator, the other in a normal local user.  For some reason programs that need administrator access do not seem to load when I log into my normal local user account.  I tried creating a task scheduler for MSI afterburner to start when I log in, but it never runs.  Can't even hit run to run it from task scheduler.  When I log in with the administrator account, everything loads.

Does anyone know why?

Programs that don't seem to load for me:

-MSI Afterburner

-F.Lux

-my vpn software

-nzxt cam

Thanks

I changed to a new SSD, so I installed Windows 7, upgraded to Windows 10 to activate it and then did a clean install of Windows 10.  I don't think thats the issue.
