New build won't boot help please

Hi everybody, 

Could someone please help, I built a new pc yesterday, but when I try to turn it on it turns on for 2 seconds, turns off, turns on again and stays on but it bleeps 7 times.

My components are:

Mobo Gigabyte x99 Ultra gaming 

CPU i7 5820k+Corsair Hydro h100i v2 cooler

RAM Corsair Dominator 16 GB 3Ghz

GPU Gigabyte G1 Gtx 1080 

PSU Superflower 850W Leadex Gold

Case is a Corsair 540

Sansung 850 EVO SSD, it's connected through hotswap.

Did you remember to install the motherboard standoffs?

Only received one standoff the others were screws. Do I need to install that?

I tried booting it with and without one.

Yeah, you really need the standoffs.

The case itself already had the standoffs. As I said there was only one in the pack.

Did the case come with standoffs inside already?

might be a ram problem have you tried taking out one stick at a time?

 7 short beep ：CPU interruption error 

This is what the gigabyte website says. But I haven't got a clue what it means.

I already have. None of the pins are bent. It's sitting where it's meant to be.

did you put thermal paste and did you install the cooler properly?

It came with thermal paste already put on and yes I did.

unplug the cpu power connector and plug it back in make sure it makes a click sound

I'll unplug everything again and hopefully it'll work.

I've read somewhere that it might be the ram, but  I did try taking them all out and putting one back in.
