6800k & 1070 sli 8*8 bad?

I just upgraded my motherboard and cpu from the Asus Sabertooth Z170 mark 1 and, the Intel core i5 6600k to the AsRock X99 Tachi and, the Intel 6800k. I also added a second GTX 1070 FE as well. My question is with the 6800k only having 28PCIe lanes will this negatively effect or "bottleneck" my sli set up? Running in 8x 8x rather than 16x 16x?
