is there a setting in the BIOS to prevent a PC from sleeping?

Hi so i have this PC where if it goes to sleep i cant wake it back up again, id have to turn it off and back on again in order for it to work. so i was wondering is there a setting in the BIOS to never let the PC go to sleep? its a core 2 quad LGA 775 system. thanks

Sometimes its under power options

but is there some sort of bios option for it like C1E or EIST or something?

Normally there isn't. Why not set it in the OS?
