Pendrive reduced capacity cannot format

Hello Guys!

I came here because I can't find a solution for this problem. I have a 16Gb SanDisk pendrive, wich doesn't work propperly. It showing up on Windows 7, but as a 64Mb capacity drive. I can't format it. I got an error message: "Windows wan unable to complete the format"

I tried to do something with the cmd -> diskpart tool, but I'm maybe did something wrong and that's why it didn't work.

I know it's not enough information about the problem but i'll answer everything when I'm not sleeping :)

Thanks any of you who answer and try to help me.
