Asus Z170-A bios update OC

I updated my bios to the newest one today in hope of fixing my Windows not shutting down rightly but after the update my 4.8GHz overclock wasn't stable anymore. Is there a way to get back to the older bios? As my current testing my cpu now can overclock to 4.7GHz with the old volts and can't hit 4.8GHz with old or old + 0.1V.

"Update" to older bios?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.

Downgrade to an older bios version. 1602 workes fine for me for example.
