Considering I've gotten RRoD-ed on two XBox 360s and a friend got YLOD on PS3s, about a reasonable number of users returned to PC gaming were tired of lousy build quality of consoles and the half-baked attempts at cost cutting measures.

 

I miss the good ole days of Intel vs AMD vs Cyrix vs NexGen vs WinChip... computing was an adventure of when will DOS/PCDOS/Windows 3.1/95/98 hit a weird undocumented Intel specific call which wasn't supported on a x86 clone CPU and await the crash/BSOD? Also Monorail PCs were the first to use a 8" LCD display for an AIO system a few years before the 20th Anniversary Macintosh, sadly it was a non-AMD clone so applications & games took a serious dump for FPU performance
