Would I be able to over clock an i7 3770k at 4.0 at stock voltage? And would I be able to leave in turbo? And also what cpu stress test and how long should I stress it? Sorry new to the "dark art of overclocking" and I have an h100i.

You can try, use AIDA64 for benchmarking and turbo is a feature that is automatically enabled, so leave that alone.

Yes(At least I could, I got it to 4.1). Why would you want to leave it at turbo instead of just overclocking it?

Aida64, Intelburntest, or Prime 95 for at least 6 hours.

Depends on the chip. You can't really ask us - we don't know how good or bad your chip is. Only way to know is to test it.

There is no "stock voltage"--just auto.

Custom voltage. Auto can change constantly and had the ability to go much much higher than what intel decrees to be the maximum safe voltage which can cause damage. I suggest looking at 1.1v as a good starting point
