First, when I build this pc my gpu smokes and I got my replacement of it. Now today I unplugged all the cables on my psu to make cable management better and when I'm done putting all cables in again and turn on my pc, my pc won't start up and the gpu and motherboard led's and fans turns on for like 1 sec then turn's off (this happen for the second time, the first time it happen when my gpu smokes). Now I'm afraid that there might be another component might damaged and I smells it if there's something strange or smokes up and this time no smoke or anything strange. I open again my case and see the cables of my psu and check if everything is okay. Then I change the position of 6+2pin and 4+4pin leaving a one socket between them(like the picture below, the encircle part is where I plug my 6+2 pin and 4+4pin). Then my pc turn's on and back to normal like nothing happen. What is the problem of my pc why it won't turn on the first time then when I change the position of 6+2pin and 4+4pin it turns on. Do the position of these 6+2 and 4+4pin matter? I'm looking forward to change my psu to ax860i since evga g2 powersupplys is not available here on my country.

Offhand, I'd say that what was wrong was that you had the cables plugged into the wrong ports on the power supply, and now you've got them correct. :)

You'd have to check the manual for the power supply, but, yeah, I'd say it matters. Even though the connections are all in one "group" there may still be specific connectors to use for each function. (Or, of course, one of them could be wired incorrectly internally, but that's not likely as they're probably mounted on a printed circuit board.)

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.
