Intel Bluetooth issues

Not sure if I should be posting here or not, but here it goes. I recently built a PC and installed an Intel wireless and bluetooth 7260 adapter. The wireless works fine, but I am having trouble getting the bluetooth to work. I installed the latest drivers but still nothing. In the device manager, there is no indication of the bluetooth portion being picked up. No unknown device, no bluetooth section, no USB hub devices, nada :( Any suggestions on what to do?
