My question is can I game without having the fear of getting less than 60 fps at 1920x1080? And also, I have no idea what should I buy for the computer case. Do you have anything in mind? (I like simple and elegant computer cases)

And for you my friend i recommend the gtx 1060 instead of the rx 480

the case comes with some fans but if you want to buy some more noctua has the best ones , or you can buy some corsair silent ones

Wrong, the RX480 4GB is cheaper in the UK  £200 for the fully custom sapphire nitro+ RX480 4GB  

While the cheapest 1060 is roughly £230 (custom cooler but it's a reference board vs the custom board of the nitro+).
