Getting a new laptop

Hey guys, been long since I posted.

I currently have a Late 2013 MacBook Pro 13" w/ Retina Display (2.2GHz i5, 8 gb ram, 256 gb ssd). It's time for an upgrade. I was wondering if I should get a MacBook Pro 15" w/ retina display, the $2699 model (2.8GHz i7, 16 gb ram, 512 gb ssd, AMD m370x), the Dell XPS 15, the $2049 model (6th gen i7, 16 gb ram, 512 gb ssd, 960m, 4k display), or the surface book, the $2699 model (i7, 512gb ssd, dGPU)? I don't really have a budget, but I don't want to go over $3000 usd. The only reason I'm considering going for a mac is because I'm already into the mac os for my laptop.

Any other ideas are welcome!

If I go for the macbook pro, should I wait until the new ones are released?
