Windows activation problem?

So I will admit right now I did not purchase windows 10 on somewhere like newegg, but rather I just downloaded a code from a website like g2a.

 

So my problem is that windows will indeed activate, but randomly un-activate at certain moments. 

If I restart my computer, windows will reactivate. It seems that whenever I shut my computer down, I immediately have to restart because windows isn't activated.

 

I'm a bit confused here, I have an ASUS mobo and the qcode whenever I shut down and turn the computer back on will read "40".

 

Immediately I restart and the qcode turns to "AO".

 

Any help on this?

Look in the manual for the mobo for the codes.
