GPU making weird noise

Overkilled

So I was playing gta and all of a sudden my card started making a really weird noise. All I know is that it was coming from the left fan ans nothing seems to be obstructing it

Yeah its definitely not coil whine because if stop the fan with something the noise stops

Sounds like the fan is off balance and is lightly scraping the heatsink or shroud of the GPU maybe vibration is shaking a pwm wire. If it only does it at a certain RPM you could make a custom fan curve to avoid it.

Sorted, the logo for the fan fell off and got caught in the fan. Thanks for the help anyway guys.
