Is this a good selection of parts for a decent computer?

I'm not looking for an amazing gaming computer with current gen games running at high or ultra settings. 

 

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA785GM DDR2

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GT 610 (02G-P3-2617-KR) 2GB DDR3 SDRAM

CPU: AMD Phenom II 555 

PSU: Cooler Master V2 550W Long-Lasting Power Supply

Disc Drive: Samsung Model TS-H653

RAM:  Hynix 8GB 2x 4GB DDR2-800 PC2-6400

 

I am a newcomer when it comes to building my own computers.

My budget in total is probably only around $200 because I really only need something for a media center
