I've had two Noctua nf f12s on an h80 for over half a year but the looks just bother me, and considering my mild overclock (1.17V) that never exceeds 65 C, I'm willing to trade some performance for aesthetics.

I'm looking for a fan that performs well as a radiator fan, is quiet, and has LED lighting.

I may just leave one noctua and change the radiator intake to an LED fan.

BitFenix Spectre Pro has been my standard recommendation. Corsair is coming out with some, and I'm guessing there are going to be pressure optimised versions of those, just like the SP/AF series. Coolermaster SickleFlow X are also great LED fans.
