Everything seems fine from that.

As long as it's under 80°C, both CPU and GPU, there is nothing to worry about.

* As long as your gpu is under 80 Degrees C and Cpu under 70 Degrees C

Well intel CPUs start throttling at 100°C, and 105°C is when heat starts making damage to CPU.

So 80°C is still fine for CPU. Not great or ideal, but it won't harm your CPU.

At least that's what I have been told.

60°C is my preferred temperature for 24/7 operation.

I have run CPUs at 80°C 24/7 and the thermal paste degraded faster and required annual replacement.

Modern CPUs are fine up to 100°C but I wouldn't recommend it for long periods, I would expect increased degradation of the thermal paste including the TIM under the heatspreader.

the 4 numbers is the cores? right? also can u not look at the gpu?

At stock speeds 50 ish degrees is normal. Nothing fancy, so you should try overclocking now and get around 80-90 degrees

Blue screens eh? Did you try setting it to Wumbo?
