Combat Arms? Though I wouldn't recommend it. Why not download TF2 through steam? It's F2P

getting 10 kbps on every game of steam

Here are a bunch of free games http://www.freewaregames.net/

Crossfire is pretty fun but there are patches every few weeks (they aren't usually very big downloads)

Why is your connection speed so low anyway? :/

Oh ouch, what country do you live in? You are going to be downloading these games out of the house somewhere where there is faster internet right? I assume that's why you asked for games with offline/standalone installers. Also I forgot to mention that if you take a look at crossfire they make you use a downloader now but you can get the standalone/offline installer from here http://www.atomicgamer.com/files/103770/cross-fire-full-client-v1122-free-to-play

Not to discourage you, but if your internet is that bad, you won't have a good multiplayer experience at all. You might as well just download singleplayer games. They will be much more worth the 3-4 day period that you spend downloading it.

Ah I see, since you are in India you should probably download crossfire Europe instead (Use the cnet full client link) http://crossfire.gamerage.com/Download/ClientDownload
