Ermmm...I know PSUs are usually designed more for 240 volts but...damn...I've personally used a XFX TS before in Japan and China (110~volts for Japan and 230~volts for China) and it didnt blow up...

Something else must have caused it to do that. If you look at the spec on Seasonic's website it states the AC input as 100V - 240V and 50Hz-60Hz.

No, we traced it back to the PSUs alternator freaking out to the power change. (Thats where the fire started, by the way).
