ok i know html and css learning jquery through the road 

 

 

but i have never made a website no idea how to make one

So you know how to code a website, but want to make one that looks good, if so then go onto YouTube and search for Web Design tutorials, might not be 5*, but will get you on the right track

well i did youtube it many people make websites  in adobe illustrator or photoshop

Before you make your own website, go and try to remake someone else's, go onto http://www.thebestdesigns.com find a website you like and try to recreate it, and then, over time you will just get better at designing, even the best Web Designers started at the bottom...
