Benchmarks for game development

Hi guys!

I'm not sure where to post this but this seems like the right place.
How can I find benchmarks for what I want my machine to do? I'm trying to build a machine for 500euro. I'm constantly using Blender3D for modeling and UnrealEngine4 for game making.
Are the benchmarks for gaming going to apply to modeling and game dev as well?
